Is there a cure for cancer?

Today's mail brought an advertisement for a health newsletter - and in the little book enclosed was an article saying that over 50% of all cancers can be cured with a natural remedy. Of course, I have to buy the newsletter to find out what that is, but it sure makes me wonder.

The book also mentioned other diseases that can be cured - like diabetes and high blood pressure. Now I'm sure that's true - so possibly the cancer cure is true too?

According to the article, doctors who try to use cures will lose their licenses.

Now, I've long believed that it is not in the medical industry's best interests to cure people. They make money by keeping people sick. But have you ever known a doctor who lost a license for using natural cures?

Just curious... Any opinions?

Ever wonder why so many people are sick?

I do - I wonder, and I worry about it, because I've started to think that our life expectancy is going to go down in direct proportion to the number of drugs that big pharm is pushing to the American public.

The latest in our local newspaper is about infants dying from immunizations - and if you listen to the side effects of all the pills they push on TV every night, you have to wonder why on earth anyone would consider taking those drugs.

Since I've been involved in writing for Renu Herbs and Feel Bach! I've learned a lot about natural ways to be healthy - and I've been paying a lot more attention to warnings about everything from Teflon cookware to plastic water bottles.
